Valentine's Day

I know everyone is going to post a blog about this lovely day so what the hell. I feel like valentine's day is a complete joke. Why is it that we have a day dedicated completely to love. If a person is actually in love with someone then they should show it everyday. A person who has a special someone in their lives shouldnt just wait for this day to give them what stupid candies and a stupid card. If you are going to celebrate this pointless holiday then do something romantic. Put tons of roses out or write a song. It might be corny and look stupid, but the thought is all that matters. At the end of the day gifts do nothing at all. In time they will just die, get disgusting, or just be hidden behind other others. If you want to celebrate this holiday do it by making what you did stand out. Don't follow the crowd; instead show people what they should be doing. In the end it's all down to the person and how much they love their significant other.
